Unrivalled multiple bookings & orders on the day
The reason why our exhibitors take multiple bookings on the day is due to the huge number of brides coming through our doors. If you’re not exhibiting at this event, with 510 brides walking into our last wedding fair in September 2011, looking for Midland Wedding Suppliers, then you could be missing out on £5.25 million worth of business - that’s a lot to say ‘no’ to!
Our Spring 2012 show was amazing. Even with 6-7 inches of snow on the ground, we attracted 366 brides to this event. There were 7 wedding fairs on the day of our Spring 2012 show - 4 wedding shows were cancelled, 2 were very poorly attended - but ours cleared up with 366 brides and many hundreds of other visitors!
STOP! Don’t continue attending poorly attended wedding fairs! I know that there’s lots of them around, but instead invest into these shows with consistently exceptional bridal records and huge numbers of exhibitor sales.

Other wedding show co-ordinators are simply unaware, or ignorant, of the new strategies that we have in place to attract brides to our wedding fayres. For example we send out 15,000 personalised emails through a new internet marketing revolution called “Gail’s List”. Imagine your information landing into the inbox of 15,000+ captive brides - fantastic! This is just one of our advertising strategies not available to other co-ordinators. This is just ONE of the numerous strategies we use to promote you.
Whilst other wedding shows are seeing a dramatic decline in bridal attendance we’re seeing a huge increase in brides attending our shows! With 510 brides at the last September wedding fair - you simply can’t afford to miss out on exposure to these brides.
The Event
This huge Wedding Fair is spread throughout 2 beautiful suites in the Belfry Resort. There are differing prices between our suites, so here’s an explanation so you can choose the right room for you.
1) WOODLAND SUITE - Firstly our brides register and collect their Bridal Info Bags in the WOODLAND SUITE. The exhibitors located in this suite will have the big advantage of being able to see and sell to our brides first. There will be approximately 50+ exhibitors in this room.
2) LICHFIELD SUITE - Our brides will then be escorted via one of our ‘wedding buggies’ to the entrances of the Lichfield and Warwick suites. Our brides will be directed into the Lichfield Suite first, where they’ll meet over 40+ more wedding specialists.
